Curriculum
Each quarter we go deep on one theme drawn from the field. These topics rotate across the year and build on each other — so every call moves the movement forward.
How to establish the right posture as a free-world coach. What does it look like to equip without controlling? Real stories from the field.
Entry strategy for new units. How do you identify and invest in the right inmate leaders? What does the "on-fire inmate" look like inside prison culture?
How the 3/3 DBS format works inside dorms, dayrooms, and rec yards. Adapting for racial and cultural dynamics. Training inmates to lead it themselves.
